Provide automakers with cutting-edge equipment and solutions to develop tomorrow’s clean and connected car.MissionsParticipate in all Financial Planning & Analysis activities across the H2-Power BG including (but not limited to):Consolidation & reporting activities,Monthly, semestrial and yearly closings,Monthly forecasts,Budget processActivitiesClosing, consolidation and reporting activities:Organize the monthly closingsCoordinate entities’ deadlines/deliverables/ with group deadlines/deliverablesMonitor monthly closings and avoid unexpected impacts to P&L and free cash flowBuild controls to ensure the timeliness and the accuracy of the dataRun monthly variance analysis between Actuals and BudgetGather and summarize key variance business driversSupport preparing the monthly financials presentationOrganize pre-submission reviews with local entities to review data and balance risks and opportunitiesPresent to the management the key variation between forecasts/actualsBudget and forecast activities:Participate to budget discussionsManage monthly reforecast and support on budget process for the BGMaintain and improve the submission process for the rolling forecast and for the budget submission Finance business partner:Support operational decision making with relevant, timely and objective analysisInfluence, motivate, and gain support of others in order to achieve organizational goalsCommunicate financial concepts and requirements clearly to non-financial peopleProfileMaster’s degree in business education (Finance / Accounting / Controlling)Experience in Finance / Controlling / FP&AKnowledge in Finance / Accounting / ControllingKnowledge of financial tools (Excel / SAP / HFM)Strong analytical skillsPositive and proactive mindsetStrong organizational skillsStrong relationship and influencing skillsAbility to prioritize and stay focused in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work in a cross-functional and international teamAs a responsible company, OPmobility pays particular attention to diversity and equality within its teams and the Group commits to treat all job applications equally. #J-18808-Ljbffr
