The Programme Marketing Department at EDHEC Business School is currently looking for a Multimedia content specialist. CONTEXT The EDHEC Business School Programme Marketing Department seeks a talented and creative Multimedia Content Specialist, as a replacement, to enhance the visibility and attractiveness of its programs through high-quality content production. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications – Masters programmes, you will design and produce engaging multimedia content, including video productions, creative assets for online and offline marketing for international and local audiences, to support EDHEC programmes while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. This role also demands staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and enhance content effectiveness. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in video production, graphic design, and multimedia content creation, along with fluency in English and French. Strong project management abilities and excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating with diverse teams and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines. Interfaces Marketing team : content manager, product managers Recruitment and Admissions Teams (France & International) Digital Marketing Studio Team External : External agencies, freelances, media partners Marketing and Communication Managers of other programmes BUs and departments Support services : Corporate Communication, Programme Teams, IT, International Student Office, Careers Students and ambassadors of the programmes Location Nice , with regular travel to EDHEC Campuses (Lille / Nice / Paris) JOB DESCRIPTION In line with the programmes’ marketing priorities, the job mainly involves the following : Content Creation and Management Design and Produce Multimedia Content, aligned with the editorial content strategy : Plan, design, and execute or manage video productions to support the promotion of our portfolio of programs, adhering to our editorial line Creative Asset Management : Develop engaging creatives to meet the department’s online and offline needs Online: Banners, display ads, banners for email campaigns, social media posts, and online animations. Offline: Brochures, promotional sales tools, and printed materials. Photography & Videography : Capture high-quality photos and videos at key events, including interviews with stakeholders (students, alumni, faculty). Create ad hoc videos to support the needs of the recruitment and admissions teams Campaign Support Collaborate with product managers to create assets for paid campaigns targeting international and local markets. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and enhances audience engagement. Innovation and Trend Monitoring Stay updated on multimedia trends and best practices to ensure innovative and cutting‑edge content production. Benchmark and competition monitoring (videos organic & paid, digital assets, brochures) Monitor and report the performance of the assets produced PROFILE Bachelor’s degree in multimedia production, digital marketing, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in video production, graphic design, and multimedia content Bilingual: French & English Mastering marketing and digital communication techniques Proficiency in generative AI tools for content creation REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS Required skills Technical Expertise : Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Indesign ), video editing software and generative AI tools for content creation. Aware of print technical requirements. Creative Vision : Strong ability to conceptualize and execute visually appealing campaigns. Good knowledge of Social Media (Meta, TikTok, Youtube) to create videos Project management : Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and ability to manage external agencies / freelances Required soft skills Autonomy, rigour, excellent communication skills, ability to work as part of a team, responsiveness & management of priorities, creativity, proactive mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
