We are looking for an organized, innovative, process‑driven colleague to join our team. Day-to-day Responsibilities Participate in audit planning and preparation Lead and execute audit missions within the Central & Assurance Function audit domains (Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, Compliance including local regulatory requirements) Perform ad-hoc missions (investigations) on request from management Responsible for the continuous monitoring and follow‑up of audit action closure Participate in internal audit projects and initiatives aiming to continuously improve the audit process Keep up to date with all important related trends regarding payments, regulatory requirements, risk management, etc. Qualifications Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering (Business School, University, etc) 4 to 6 years of professional experience preferably as an Internal Auditor or Audit within a Big4, or in a similar role involving analysis and visibility on support functions and compliance topics (Compliance Officer, Risk Manager, Internal Control, …) Proven track record in leading audit engagements from planning through reporting, including scoping, risk assessment, fieldwork execution, and remediation follow‑up Experience in a payment card industry or financially regulated entity is an advantage Knowledge of any data analysis techniques and interest in artificial intelligence Excellent reporting skills (oral and written) and ability to analyze and synthesize audit observations for management reporting Demonstrated analytical skills and eagerness to learn Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a global setting Ability to supervise and train junior team members Strong appetite for teamwork Fluent in English (oral and written) is required Perks & Benefits Annual bonuses (year‑end, vacation, profit‑sharing) Generous time off: 32 paid leave days plus RTT days and a 13th month salary convertible to additional leave 75% reimbursement for public transportation costs Active works council offering social events, trips, and cultural/leisure subsidies Flexible remote work arrangements Subsidized company restaurant Comprehensive health insurance and welfare plan About You We seek experienced professionals who can lead, influence, and deliver.
