WHY WE NEED YOU Our growth is driving us to strengthen the Frontend Engineering team to support the evolution of our cloud management console and help shape a best‑in‑class developer experience. YOUR FUTURE TEAM We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers, combined with a spirit of sharing, helps bring new projects to life every day. You will be part of a tribe (Compute, Compute Foundations, Data Managed Services, Network, Storage, Core Services or Transversal), as well as our internal Kernel and Design System squads. Together, they build robust, reusable UI components and internal tools that enhance our developer platform. YOUR DAILY ROUTINE Design and implement frontend interfaces using our open‑source Design System Develop reusable, scalable components based on UI/UX specifications Integrate with REST APIs using our fully typed SDK Work closely with Product and Design teams to ship high‑impact features Improve and maintain our internal frontend libraries (e.g., scaleway-ui, scaleway-form) Contribute to our developer tooling by collaborating with the Kernel team Maintain high code quality through peer reviews and testing Act as an advocate for frontend best practices across teams ABOUT YOU SOFT SKILLS Pragmatic mindset: you solve problems with code, not complexity Passionate about developer experience and product quality Team player who thrives in a feedback culture Curious, self‑driven, and eager to learn Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, tech‑driven environment HARD SKILLS Strong proficiency in JavaScript ES2015+ Deep understanding of React and CSS‑in‑JS methodologies Experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs Familiarity with frontend testing practices (unit, functional) Solid grasp of HTML/CSS and accessibility principles Minimum 3 years of professional experience in frontend development WHAT YOU WILL FIND AT SCALEWAY Hybrid work: up to 3 days of remote work per week Spacious, dynamic office spaces with outdoor terraces and bike parking facilities Healthy meal service at headquarters and breakfast available year‑round; regional sites provide Swile cards for lunches Well‑being commitments: gym, daycare places, and discounted caregiving services International environment with many nationalities; English widely spoken alongside French Career & mobility: managers value internal mobility and opportunities within the Iliad Group WHY JOIN THE SCALWAY ADVENTURE?
