Role Purpose The HR Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR business partnership and operations support for the INEOS Styrolution business in France (160 FTE) and Synthos Wigners (40 employees). Primary responsibilities include supporting staff and managers on all personnel matters, recruitment, industrial relations, succession planning, HRIS maintenance, labor union management, labor law compliance, and more. Responsibilities and Accountabilities Handle all HR‑related queries and site communications for employees and managers Manage contracting activities: hiring, promotion, warning, termination, working‑time changes, temporary assignments Oversee the employee life cycle from an administrative perspective and develop competencies Coordinate works council hearings, alignment, negotiations, and company labor agreements (CLA) Prepare reporting, surveys, and audits Serve as main HR contract stakeholder: Site Leadership Team, Group, relations with chemical companies in Northern France, and other INEOS plants Handle labor cases Monitor the HR budget Participate in final interviews Follow up on yearly training plans, approve new requests, and manage budgets Inform payroll officer of monthly changes (transmit official signed agreements) and approve monthly payroll Supervise corporate health mutual, provident fund, and supplementary pension contracts Oversee performance reviews and individual pay increases (salary or grade) Arrange medical screening, accidents, and occupational disease declarations Manage employee termination and off‑boarding, including exit interviews Required Profile Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields 10+ years of HR general management experience Fluent in English communication and presentation Professional knowledge of all HR functions in the local market Strong negotiation skills for managing labor unions Result‑oriented with strong business and commercial acumen Familiar with French labor legislation and market practices Effective collaboration with global and regional teams DEI Statement We believe diversity is about perceiving differences and inclusion is about valuing them.
