Join usIf you want to develop in the field of charging stations and energy storage solutions, have a talent for problem-solving, and a strong desire to serve customers, join our fun and passionate team to take on exciting and diverse challenges, with the opportunity to make a real difference in the promising field of energy managementAs a Support Clients Expérimenté en Energy Management H/F/X, you will report to the Customer Technical Support Manager within the Group Quality & Environment department based in Saverne, in a permanent contract (CDI).What will your missions be?Provide level 2 technical support to clients (market support level 1) on energy management products and solutions in an international environment, remotely and on-site if necessary.Be the primary contact for technical support teams of the markets (level 1).Coordinate and prioritize activities within the team effectively.Represent level 2 in meetings on energy management topics.Deeply analyze recurring problems in collaboration with market teams (level 1) and quality development (level 3).Propose improvements to level 3 based on level 2 customer support and product analyses.Enhance the responsiveness and quality of level 1 tickets.Participate in testing our products in real conditions before market launch in collaboration with project teams.And about you?You are an engineer or technician in embedded software, electronics, or communication networks with at least 5 years of successful experience in a similar field.You possess solid skills in embedded software, connected systems, communication networks, electronic and electrical equipment.Comfortable in a multicultural environment (English B2 minimum), you communicate, coordinate, and collaborate effectively.You are customer-focused, able to prioritize tickets and activities.You have a structured mindset and a methodical approach to problem-solving.You stand out for your dynamism and good humor, qualities that strengthen team cohesion and create a positive work atmosphere.A natural leader, you guide colleagues in prioritization, analysis structuring, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.What do we offer?A personalized onboarding program to facilitate your initial steps in the company.The opportunity to learn and develop through award-winning internal training, our Hi University.Internal career opportunities, with over 25% of our hires made through internal mobility.What are the recruitment steps?Once your CV is selected, a recruiter will contact you for a phone interview.You will be invited to an initial interview with the manager and recruiter.A second interview will be organized with N+2 and HR manager.Our success depends on collective energy.
