By combining deep industry expertise with innovative technology, we help our clients navigate complex challenges and achieve their most ambitious goals.Job DescriptionUnder the responsibility of the Risk & Compliance team, we are looking for new talents to work with business and digital departments from the scoping phase to operational implementation.Your interventions will be organized within the framework of regulatory projects across different sectors and on one of our two segments:1. Business Consulting- Diagnosis and mapping of existing processes- Scoping phase: proposing approaches, schedules, and scopes- Process improvement: analyzing gaps/malfunctions and proposing improvement opportunities & action plans- Risk mapping & defining preventive and detective controls- Evaluation and presentation of available technological options- Development of scenarios and defining a new target organization- Deployment of a target framework: process, governance, organization- Change management and implementation of organizational transformation projects2. Digital Transformation- Defining and scoping user needs or “user stories”- Translating user needs into application solutions- Mapping the risks inherent to the project- Writing functional specifications and user stories- Managing the backlog and validating the roadmap with the teams- Approval, testing, and validation of functional test plans- Ensuring continuous updating of project documentation- Acting as a facilitator between the various stakeholders3. Internally, you will participate in development and capitalization actions:- Internal projects within the tribe or community (offer, article, training, responding to RFPs, etc.)Requirements- Graduate from a top business school, engineering school, IEP (Institute of Political Studies), or leading university, you have a confirmed experience of over 4 years in consulting.- Organized, rigorous, and responsive, you demonstrate a team spirit. You are also proficient in spoken and written English.- With an entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive mindset, you also wish to contribute to the development of KER Strategy and engage in the managerial dynamics.
