Mission In direct relation with the Commercial Direction, you will lead and manage a team of field and sedentary salespeople, develop and retain a professional clientele, and prospect new clients within your sector. Key Responsibilities Strengthen and develop our clientele in the assigned sectors. Sell our products to our clients. Take orders from the clientele. Prospect and create new clients. Develop revenue and margin. Prepare price proposals and follow up on them. Monitor orders and payments of our clientele. Analyze results and take corrective actions. Qualifications Commercial profile, ideally in agro‑food or hospitality. Good knowledge of the local market. Customer and colleague relationship oriented. Interest in learning our product technology. Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role. Conditions of Work Work days: Monday – Friday (5 days per week). Travel within the Aveyron sector.
