Lead Data Engineer - CDI Paris - Theodo Data Lead Data Engineer role at Theodo Data & AI, Paris (CDI). The candidate will contribute to the growth of Theodo Data & AI and strengthen the Data Software Engineering teams. Responsibilities Analyze source data and collaborate with business experts to identify and evaluate business use cases. Lead a team of 2 to 5 data software engineers in delivering the daily solution. Design and implement resilient and secure data systems (data warehouse, data lake, real-time systems). Define deployment methodologies and migration plans. Build and deploy data pipelines (ETL/ELT). Migrate data to new environments. Select and implement data analysis and/or data visualization tools. Establish data quality controls and support client teams with implementation and training. Within Theodo Data & AI Mentor and train client teams in data software engineering. Maintain ongoing technology monitoring of state-of-the-art solutions. Contribute to technical strategy discussions during pre-sales phases of projects. Under leadership, generate technical knowledge on expert topics to share within Theodo Data & AI.
