Our team of 650+ people operates across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.You will join a team of 50+ Operations professionals across our countries, collaborating with Engineering, Product, Care and other teams to deliver at scale our insurance and health services. You will work on a subset of services (e.g., claim reimbursement, fraud, clinic) and aim to deliver excellence to our companies and members while driving continuous improvement and disruption in how we think about insurance or healthcare services.ResponsibilitiesRun our Insurance or Health services processes — operations execution, often referred to as Ops RunnersEnsure day-to-day follow-up and monitoring of operationsFlag risks and opportunities and contribute to process improvementsIn detail, your missions areOperate our processes — perform tasks like invoicing or claims treatment, manage our provider network, and support internal teams (live and via documentation)Contribute to the definition and ownership of the best monitoring scheme to track volumes, efficiency, SLAs, risks, and improvement areasSupervise partnerships (e.g., teleconsultation, claim operators), participate in negotiations, and maintain daily communication to ensure business continuityPerform controls on daily operations to ensure correct decisions and identify training needsEscalate feedback, help prioritise initiatives, and support efforts to make processes more delightful and efficientContinuous improvement — for about 20–30% of the time, implement process improvements (e.g., automation, external communications, auditing, tooling), in collaboration with product teams.Pools and ScopeOur Run organisation comprises pools (3–7 runners) collectively responsible for their scope. Topics include:Alan therapy — manage therapy lifecycle, relationships with psychologists, onboarding, invoicing, and booking managementClaims — manage claims experience, monitor provider performance to meet SLAs, ensure timely delivery of glasses, member satisfaction, and smooth collaboration with opticiansFraud — run checks on claims and prevent fraudulent paymentsSet up — ensure smooth onboarding of employee customers and accurate invoicing; maintain information quality for invoicing and issue resolutionNote: we welcome profiles able to embrace any challenge; an Operations Coordinator may join a pool and explore new scopes over time.ExperienceWe aim to hire within the A2–B level range.
