The group is present in more than 100 countries through wholly owned subsidiaries in 17 countries and a network of distributors worldwide.This position is based in Gentilly.Working as Full-time OneStream Application Owner, you will be responsible for technical configuration and optimization of our OneStream application. You will be a key contributor to the on-going support of the application.You will play a pivotal role not only in the technical development of OneStream but also in leading future evolutions of the tool (e.g. launch of new modules), in collaboration with the current OneStream Functional Lead.Together with the functional and technical teams you will drive financial and reporting process improvements by leveraging OneStream functionalities and other related technologies utilized by the Group. This position will be a part of the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team and will closely interact with members of the finance organization throughout the group.As OneStream Application Owner, you will be expected to:* Be the OneStream technical expert / contact point, that will take our application to the next stages, embedding best practices and procedures* Lead technical initiatives for new functionalities / module rollouts (such as Cash, Consolidation & ESG modules);* Develop and maintain key OneStream components such as business rules, workflows, data integrations (interfaces from and to OneStream), dashboards, cube views, and custom reports;* Manage system integrations (with ERPs and other financial systems) and data quality processes (validations, mappings, transformations, confirmations) from source systems (ERPs, HRIS, etc.) in OneStream as well as from OneStream to target systems (ERP, Consolidation tool…);* Support monthly close, budgeting, and forecasting cycles, ensuring performance and process reliability;* Translate functional requirements into efficient and scalable OneStream configurations;* Manage system changes and necessary upgrades for the Planning and Forecasting process across all Operating Groups;* Develop data validation procedures to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial information processed in OneStream.* Provide ongoing support (level 2) to help users maximize their use of the tool and resolve any problems encountered (level 1 support handled by OneStream Functional Lead)* Provide training, develop documentation and troubleshoot complex system issues;* Collaborate with our Integration Partner as well as OneStream Functional Lead, sharing technical application knowledge to enhance and develop internal technical knowledge on the application**PROFILE*** Minimum 5 to 10 years of overall professional experience, including at least 3 years of experience with OneStream or similar EPM/CPM platforms (e.g., Hyperion, Tagetik).* Strong IT background with thorough understanding of finance processes and business processes (planning, budgeting, consolidation, ESG and performance management), able to bridge business needs and technical solutions.* Strong programming skills in VB.NET and SQL, with experience in scripting and automation logic.* Understanding of multidimensional data models, cube structures, and hierarchies.* Practical experience with data integration tools, ETL processes, and API-based exchanges.* Fluency in English is essential (both spoken and written);* Highly rigorous and detail oriented, highly accurate and conscientious;* Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to understand business requirements, and effectively communicate issues and solutions to senior leadership;**OTHER INFORMATION**Type of contract: permanent contractLocalization : GentillyPosition open to people with disabilities**WHY BIOCODEX**Our four values are driving forces and bonds for all teams: we play collectively; we shape fair relations; we dare to innovate; we care for our ecosystem.At Biocodex, we do not discriminate on the basis of gender, age, disability, nationality or sexual orientation.
