No Offer Description The researcher will be responsible for characterizing lipid transfer proteins (LTPs) in plants from a biochemical and in silico perspective. The researcher will characterize the protein-lipid interaction between LTP proteins and certain lipids, using protein production and purification techniques, followed by lipid interaction or transport tests. In addition, the researcher will use molecular dynamics, protein modeling, and phylogenetics to characterize these proteins and generate testable hypotheses about their interactions with lipids.
