As part of the Elasticsearch product team within the IT department, you will play a key role in Level 3 operational support, infrastructure evolution, and cross-functional technical projects. This position is set in a dynamic environment marked by significant growth and widespread adoption of Elasticsearch across the organization. Key Responsibilities Drive the deployment and integration of Elasticsearch tools in production environments. Contribute to the evolution of Elasticsearch architecture and infrastructure, focusing on scalability, performance, and security. Integrate application and system logs in compliance with Elastic Common Schema (ECS) standards. Automate deployment, configuration, and monitoring using Ansible and Python. Provide Level 3 support, including diagnosis, incident resolution, and performance optimization. Collaborate with application, security, and infrastructure teams in a DevOps-oriented approach. Ensure a stable, high-performing Elasticsearch platform aligned with ECS standards. Develop automation scripts for deployment and integration (Python/Ansible). Actively participate in cross-functional projects related to monitoring and log management. Desired Profile 7+ years in a system/DevOps environment, including 3+ years with Elasticsearch. Expertise in Elasticsearch installation, configuration, scaling, and monitoring. Strong experience with Linux, Ansible, and Python for automation. Knowledge of ECS best practices and large-scale log integration. Team-oriented, rigorous, and capable of working in critical production environments. Elasticsearch certification is a plus.
