Join to apply for the Store Manager - Paris role at MR MARVIS We are thrilled to announce that we will be opening our first store in the fashion capital of France – Paris We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to set us up in a new market and lead the opening of our flagship store with an expected opening date in March. We’re looking for someone with full‑time availability, including one weekend day, who can start in February. In this role, you confidently represent and bring our brand story to life for both your team and the MR MARVIS customers. Together with the Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible for reaching the shop’s commercial targets while actively coaching and motivating the team to achieve success. Typical Responsibilities Inspire your team and customers with MR MARVIS’ values and carry out the brand story as an ambassador. Maintain the overall look and feel of the store, both inside and out. Organise in‑store events. Manage, coach and motivate the shop team. Achieve the shop’s commercial targets. Improve key performance indicators. Hire new style advisors and conduct job interviews. Own stock management and day‑to‑day administrative tasks. Who You Are At least 1 year of experience (preferably in retail) is required. Enthusiastic and passionate about the MR MARVIS brand. Strong personality, flexible and representative. Capable of co‑leading, motivating, training, monitoring and developing a team through active management. Customer‑ and service‑oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French. Tech‑savvy and able to work on a laptop. Experience with KPIs and a drive to analyse and improve them at a high level.
