CMA CGM is experiencing rapid growth across multiple business sectors and geographic regions, while making significant investments in innovation, digitalization, and decarbonization. Within CMA Conseil, the Group’s internal strategic consulting entity reporting directly to the CEO, the Manager plays a key role in designing, leading, and delivering high-impact strategic missions for the Group.As a Manager, you are responsible for leading complex engagements, managing senior-level stakeholders, and developing and supervising a team of consultants. You will work on short- to long-term projects spanning all business lines and geographies of the Group.This position offers high exposure to top management and represents a strong career accelerator toward leadership roles within the Group.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Strategic Project LeadershipDefine project scope, objectives, and roadmaps in close collaboration with executive sponsors (Executive Committee, CEO).Lead and oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality analyses, and actionable recommendations.Conduct and supervise complex strategic analyses (portfolio reviews, operational performance assessments, geopolitical scenario analysis, organizational transformations, etc.).Structure, challenge, and validate key deliverables, and present insights and recommendations to top management and the CEO.Coordinate cross-functionally across Group entities and effectively engage key stakeholders.Team Management and DevelopmentDirectly manage a team of 3 consultants, organizing workstreams, setting priorities, and maintaining high performance standards.Coach and develop team members through continuous feedback, mentoring, and skills development.Foster a strong team culture based on collaboration, excellence, and knowledge sharing.Contribute to performance evaluations and talent development within CMA Conseil.Contribution to the Development of CMA ConseilContribute to the continuous improvement of CMA Conseil’s methodologies, tools, and standards.Actively propose innovative approaches, new strategic topics, and best practices in internal consulting.Maintain an active watch on industry, economic, geopolitical, and technological trends relevant to the Group.Profile descriptionWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Master’s degree from a top-tier academic institution8 to 10 years of professional experience, including significant experience in a top-tier consulting firm and/or a strategic role within a large international organizationProven experience in leading complex projects and managing teamsStrong ability to structure strategic problem-solving and deliver high-impact recommendationsExcellent analytical, organizational, and synthesis skillsOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior and executive-level stakeholdersNatural leadership, strong sense of ownership, and a collaborative mindsetHigh adaptability in demanding, fast-paced environmentsInternational exposure and open-mindednessFluent French and fluent EnglishStrong motivation to learn, grow, and build a long-term career within the CMA CGM Group #J-18808-Ljbffr
