OverviewEnergy Manager to strengthen the Exploitation et Performances énergétiques pole at AVELTYS. You will be attached to the service director and act as the guarantor of a portfolio of predominantly private tertiary sites, for which you will develop, deploy, monitor and report an energy management system in close collaboration with site exploitation managers in line with our model guarantees.ResponsibilitiesFollow tenant comfort by ensuring compliance with temperature guidelines, analyze and optimize energy consumption, propose corrective and improvement actions. Conduct weekly site visits and maintain regular contact with subcontractors. Responsible for updating technical and energy management tools.Elaborate energy reporting and manage client relations on comfort, energy and technical performance. Define and monitor energy consumption commitments through the Plan de Mesure et de Vérification (PMV). Participate in the development of the Plan Pluriannuel d'Investissements (PPI) for clients, in a continuous improvement logic for buildings.Value and monitor financial elements related to energy consumption, contribute to annual service charges, and lead quarterly activity meetings with tenants, Property Managers or Asset Managers to present energy consumption outcomes.Additional ad-hoc tasks may include conducting technical audits, contributing to the creation of new service offerings, and presenting offers to clients in collaboration with the commercial team.QualificationsIdeally 3 years of experience as an Energy Manager or similar role.Knowledge of ISO 50001; ideally holder of IPMVP, CEM or equivalent certification.Proficiency in energy management, GTB (building management systems), and certifications/labeling; solid experience in tertiary projects.Strong interpersonal and writing skills; autonomous with a strong team spirit.
