Job DescriptionCustomerCustomer is a global leader designing and manufacturing innovative and high value-added aluminum products and solutions for a broad range of applications dedicated primarily to aerospace, automotive and packaging markets.They operates more than 20 manufacturing sites in Europe, North & Central America and China.LanguageLanguageLevelFrequencyLevelFrenchFluentDailyC1 - C2EnglishFluentDailyC1 - C2Job SummaryWe are currently seeking an IT SAP Controlling Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in enhancing our Finance & Controlling capabilities.With their knowledge of business processes and data flows, IT SAP Controlling Business Analyst acts as a link between business processes and systems and liaises closely with Logistics domain experts, as well as the business and 3rd party suppliers.The new team member will work closely with business users to understand the current business process in the mentioned areas to bring about improvement in the Business processes by leveraging his strong domain knowledge and familiarity with the SAP Product suite.He will also be needed to contribute in project execution as functional lead of the area, delivering pre-study and implementing new solutions across the organization.As an IT SAP Controlling Business Analyst you will be part of the Finance stream of our S4HANA journey.You are responsible for analyzing Finance processes, understanding business requirements, and implementing SAP solutions.Your expertise in S / 4HANA ensures streamlined and efficient finance operations.Another part of this roles is managing the operational changes raised by business, challenging them, and proposing solutions to improve business process.Global area of action : US, Europe, and Asia.Responsibilities & DutiesParticipate as SAP Controlling expert in our Transformational SAP S4 HANA programAct as SAP CO subject matter expert across key areas : Product Costing (CO-PC), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)Collaborate with Finance teams across Constellium Sites to understand and gather requirements for both indirect and direct procurement processes.Conduct in-depth analysis of current procurement workflows, identify process inefficiencies, and recommend improvements using SAP S / 4HANA functionalities.Proactively identify opportunities across Finance processes across various sites and design S4HANA process around them.Lead workshops / discussions with Business and external parties and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements to translate them into S4HANA solutions.Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications.Validate / Verify solution designs and effort estimate in Projects as well as change requests.Ensure seamless integration between domain functions, operations and 3rd party suppliers.Travel is required for this position :US & EuropeEssential SkillsMandatorily Should have executed at least one SAP ECC or S4HANA implementation project with hands on expertise in configuring and customizing Controlling module.Strong knowledge in SAP Controlling modules is a must in an industrial manufacturing environment. Knowledge of integration between Controlling & Production Planning module.
