Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.**Nous recherchons un(e) Consultant en Transactions Immobilières Locatives B2B - Paris pour notre Département Petites et Moyennes Surfaces 0-1000m2****Equipe**Notre département Agence accompagne les bailleurs dans la location de leurs actifs (immeubles de bureaux, d'activités, de logistique, et de retail) ainsi que les entreprises afin de trouver les locaux qui correspondent à leurs besoins.Nos consultants jouent un rôle d'intermédiaires entre propriétaires, locataires et acquéreurs potentiels, et apportent leur savoir-faire à toutes les étapes de la transaction (de la prospection à la signature du bail).Le département Agence est organisé en plusieurs pôles afin de répondre au mieux aux différentes dynamiques de marché: une équipe Petites et Moyennes Surfaces (0 à 1.000 m²), Mid Markets (1.000 à 5.000 m²), Grands Projets (+ de 5.000 m²), Vente Utilisateurs, Logistique et Retail.**Missions**Nous recherchons un(e) consultant(e) pour intégrer l'équipe Paris Petites et Moyennes Surfaces qui gère les mandats de locations de surfaces allant de 0 à 1 000 m².Vous serez encadré par un Consultant Confirmé et prenez rapidement en charge la responsabilité d'un portefeuille de clients (entreprises, investisseurs, promoteurs, ...) que vous développerez et à qui vous proposez les solutions les mieux adaptées à leurs besoins immobiliers.Vos principales responsabilités :* Prospecter et sourcer de nouveaux dossiers afin d'améliorer la couverture de marché de l'équipe;* Participer à l'obtention des mandats en vous appuyant sur votre connaissance du secteur pour élaborer notre proposition commerciale;* Accompagner le bailleur en mettant en place les actions marketing et commerciales adéquates afin de commercialiser l'actif dont vous avez le mandat (panneaux, flyer, visites...). et en accompagnant le bailleur tout au long des négociations financières et juridiques;* Accompagner le locataire en conseillant les dirigeants de l'entreprise dans leur recherche d'implantation et en proposant en toute impartialité des biens qui correspondent à leurs attentes. Vous accompagnez également votre client dans la négociation des conditions financières et juridiques du bail ou de la promesse de vente.Le poste est basé à Paris (8ème).
