Sitting within the CDIO organization, this role is central to enabling operational efficiency, digital transformation, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, IT, and Finance.Who You AreYou are a strategic, results-driven leader with strong expertise in the Lead to Order (L2O) process. With a mix of business insight and technical know-how, you excel at driving cross-functional transformation across Sales, Marketing, IT, and Finance. You thrive in global, fast-paced environments and are skilled at leading change and aligning stakeholders.What You’ll DoOversee and manage Lead to Order delivery teams, incl. CRM, order management, CPQ, Lead management, and provisioning platforms.Lead and manage the IT development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, quality focus, and continuous improvement.Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement best-in-class L2O processes and develop solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Drive transformation of the L2O domains to consolidate stacks, refresh systems where needed and automate interfaces and processes.Manage external suppliers and challenge / push them towards delivery excellence.Lead delivery process improvements towards improved planning and reliability of deliveries, high quality deliverables and increased efficiency of delivery teams.Maintain governance, compliance, and quality throughout the L2O value chain, and promote a culture of innovation, agility and continuous improvement.What You’ll NeedStrong experience in leading software delivery teams and working with external suppliers.Deep understanding of the L2O value chain and supporting systems, especially CRM, CPQ, and ERP tools.Track record of driving digital transformation and large-scale process optimization initiatives.Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.Where You’ll Work: in our HQ, Issy-les-Moulineaux, France.The Eutelsat Group treats the protection of personal data submitted to it seriously.
