Senior Process Engineer

Job title: Senior Process Engineer Location: Seclin, France Job model: Hybrid As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing existing processes and managing cross-functional improvement projects at the Seclin site. You will support the performance of the enzyme manufacturing site by solving technical issues and ensuring the implementation of corrective solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead process improvement projects in collaboration with R&D Manage multidisciplinary site improvement projects (technical, quality, safety) Solve production issues and coordinate with operational departments Update production recipes and process documentation Ensure technological monitoring and inter-site exchanges Contribute to the development of medium- and long-term industrial plans We bring A space to grow by encouraging and supporting curiosity and an open mindset. You bring Engineer or PhD in biotechnology or agro‑food (Master's/BAC+5 minimum) Expertise in industrial biotechnology, specializing in fermentation with skills in extraction/purification/drying Minimum 7 years of experience in the food or biotechnology industry Strong understanding of microbiology and food safety Continuous improvement skills (Yellow/Green Belt, Lean 6 Sigma) Project management skills, consultative approach, creativity, and fluency in English and French About dsm‑firmenich At dsm‑firmenich, we don't just meet expectations – we go beyond them.
