We value authenticity because diverse backgrounds, cultures, styles and abilities can only help us find the answers that people with rare tumors are looking for.Your RoleAs the Senior Medical Science Liaison [MSL] (f/m) for our newly acquired company, SpringWorks, you will play a pivotal role in driving operations and strategic growth within your designated territory in France.You will be responsible for managing one company product within your defined territory in France. This entails establishing and maintaining key scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within your territory and serving as a scientific expert to the medical community and facilitating the appropriate exchange of scientific information.Key expectations include being able to develop and maintain an advanced scientific, medical, and product knowledge base, ability to communicate key insights learned, and disseminate critical scientific data to external stakeholders; including but not limited to academic/scientific/clinical experts and patient organizations.You will be responsible for ensuring timely and appropriate input on the field medical engagement plans in support of our clinical development and commercialization programs and activities. In addition, you will assist, lead, and drive the support of the company’s clinical trials in partnership with the clinical development team and with researchers as appropriate.You will be expected to master the MSL responsibilities and be able to take on additional leadership roles on projects and initiatives within the country or region. You will be expected to work independently, be accountable and assist the Regional Medical Director as needed.Key Responsibilities Will IncludeIdentify KOLs and establish and maintain strong and deep scientific relationships with KOLs across multi-specialty disciplines, connecting to KOLs in academic and non-academic centers at the local, regional, and national level.Serve as a scientific expert to the medical community and facilitate the appropriate exchange of scientific informationCommunicate experts’ opinion and feedback on new data and clinical trends to Medical Affairs and translate this information into strategic recommendations to enhance science and advance patient careAct as primary liaison to investigators interested in developing and performing investigator-initiated researchCollaborate with the Clinical Operations organization to enhance patient enrollment in company-sponsored clinical trials by identifying appropriate clinical trial sites, supporting clinical trial awareness, and interacting with investigators in ongoing studiesServe as medical lead and provide scientific support at medical congresses, support national and European medical booths staffing, participate and lead clinical support, and facilitate medical discussions at advisory boards and local scientific/medical programsLead national projects such as national congresses, PAG engagement, as delegated by Country or European medical leadershipBe familiar with country specific pharma rules and regulations, particularly as they apply to MSL activitiesProvide clinical presentations and information in response to unsolicited questions (as appropriate) in academic, non-academic, and healthcare provider settingsDevelop and execute territory plans in alignment with regional and national strategyDevelop and maintain strong and deep relationships with clinical decision makers at local and national institutionsPartner with cross functional teams, including HEOR/market access to develop the strategy and generation of health economic and outcomes data as needed, and presentation of such data to relevant audiencesServe as mentor for other new hires and/or less-experienced MSLsManage/lead relevant medical activities/projects including, but not limited to:Facilitate and lead field medical onboarding programs, and support training of commercial (including sales) colleaguesSupport Country Medical Director in translating the medical affairs strategy to a national KOL engagement plan and ensures the KOL development translates to individual territoriesPartner with Global Medical Information colleagues to continuously improve Standard Response Letters and efficiency of MIRF processAs a senior member of the medical team, contribute to the national, and as needed regional, medical strategy and medical planProvide scientific support to Regional Medical Director and facilitate medical discussion for national medical advisory boardsOther duties as assignedPlease submit your resume in both French and English. The country will be divided into several territories, so kindly indicate your preferred territory in your application.Who You AreAdvanced Scientific degree or equivalent experience required.
