Location - Bengaluru, India Shift timings - 2 PM – 11 PM or Night Shift (based on business requirements) Role Objective: To ensure image quality, consistency, and accuracy across e-commerce projects through thorough visual checks, adherence to guidelines, and effective troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed QC checks for e-commerce images to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high quality Identify visual issues and coordinate with respective teams for corrections Maintain workflow accuracy across high-volume projects Troubleshoot image-related issues and support process improvements Ensure timely delivery of QC tasks Skills & Requirements Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (in-depth understanding of e-commerce workflows) Familiarity with Adobe Bridge and Lightroom (added advantage) Strong attention to detail and a sharp visual sense Good communication skills (verbal & written) Basic knowledge of ChatGPT / AI tools (plus point) Prior experience in Image QC / Post-production / E-commerce preferred Ability to manage high-volume tasks and meet deadlines.
