This is an excellent opportunity to work with a small group of experienced financial planners and gain experience in a collaborative boutique setting serving both HNW and ultra HNW individuals/families. In addition, you will play a central role in our data management process (collecting, organizing, exploring, modeling & reporting) as related to case management, financial planning, and investment analysis. Furthermore, you will collaborate with internal and external third-party experts that round out a client’s professional roster. Finally, delivering outstanding service to build and maintain client loyalty. You will work closely with our team to achieve client, team and individual objectives.</p><h3>Roles and Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Prepare client financial statements/documents from client document production</li><li>Assist planning team in developing client solutions to financial/investment/tax/estate planning opportunities</li><li>Cash flow modeling</li><li>Assist with creation of business reports in SFDC for case management, goal and revenue tracking</li><li>Assist in client casework that requires the ability to research, learn and produce a presentation that can be received and understood by a client</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>7+ years minimum experience as a Paraplanner</li><li>Undergraduate degree is Required</li><li>Previous experience with RIA preferred</li><li>Acts with integrity and must be able to maintain confidentiality</li><li>Displays high level effort and commitment towards performing work</li><li>Accurate, organized and highly detail oriented</li><li>Shows understanding, friendliness, courtesy, tact and empathy to people from various backgrounds</li></ul><h3>Software usage & proficiency</h3><ul><li>Orion</li><li>Right Capital (or similar)</li></ul></div>
