BIM Engineer

Overview Join Tejjy as an Estimation Engineer specializing in BIM projects. This is a remote position focused on time estimation for BIM services, with emphasis on MEP systems and architectural understanding. No material assessment is required. Ideal for BIM Modelers/Engineers with a knack for accurate project assessments and a desire to support the sales team in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Review project scopes, technical specifications, and architectural/MEP drawings to understand requirements for BIM services on USA projects. Analyze and estimate the time required for BIM services, focusing on MEP and architectural segments. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate estimation of project timelines and billable hours. Create detailed proposals based on time estimations, highlighting key deliverables and phases. Serve as the technical liaison in client meetings, addressing technical queries and ensuring contract clarity. Study architectural and MEP drawings and project bids to define scope for BIM and engineering services. Review purchase orders, sales contracts, and agreements to secure favorable terms; negotiate contract terms as needed. Prepare and deliver presentations on services and participate in online/offline bidding processes.
