TasksData Quality LeadLocation: Libourne, France ( hybrid, 3days a week)Duration: 6 months with possible extensionLanguage: French speaking is mandatoryWithin the Data Product Squad, we are looking for an experienced Data Manager / Data Quality Lead to launch and structure the Data Quality stream, which is identified as a major pain point and top priority.The primary objective of this mission is to build, drive, and operationalize Data Quality, in close collaboration with Business Data Owners and the Data Engineering squad.Key ObjectivesThe mission focuses on four core objectives:Identify and structure Data Domains, and animate the Data Owners communityDefine and drive the Data Quality roadmap, prioritizing which datasets and domains must be fixed firstImplement Data Quality monitoring and tooling, including quality indicators and data drift reportingCoordinate Data Owners and Data Engineering to ensure effective and sustainable data correctionsKey ResponsibilitiesIdentify Data Domains and formalize ownership (Data Owners, Custodians)Animate and federate the Data Owners communityAssess current data quality issues and business impactDefine and maintain the Data Quality roadmap and prioritiesDefine Data Quality rules, KPIs, and indicatorsDeploy or configure Data Quality tooling (monitoring, alerts, reporting, drift)Report Data Quality status, risks, and progress to stakeholdersRequirementsRequired Skills & ExperienceProven experience as Data Manager / Data Quality Lead in complex organizationsExperience working with business-facing Data OwnersExperience with Data Quality tools (monitoring, controls, metrics, drift detection)Strong facilitation, coordination, and communication skillsAbility to drive change without hierarchical authoritySenior profile required (autonomous, structured, pragmatic #J-18808-Ljbffr
