About the role Join the Lookers Motor Group Limited as a Service Advisor at Lookers Carlisle Nissan Renault. As part of our Aftersales Team you will be a team player with exceptional communication skills, building rapport with colleagues and customers. You will report to our aftersales manager, gaining knowledge and experience while developing a strong career within the automotive industry. Contract & Salary Contract Type: Permanent, full‑timeSalary: OTE up to £38,000 (uncapped), with a basic of £29,000 to £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)Working Hours: 42 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm, plus Saturday morning on rota basis Key Responsibilities Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for customers Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling additional parts / accessories Liaising with the full Aftersales department to organise and schedule appointments based on workload and call volumes Managing a high volume of customers daily, telephone calls and online booking queries Informing customers of turnaround times and ensuring effective communication throughout the time the customers’ car is in the workshop Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the systems when bookings are made Qualifications & Experience Previous experience using Kerridge / ADP is an advantage, as well as knowledge of other essential dealer systems. You will have a warm personality, heaps of energy and a passion for delivering a first‑class customer experience each time. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly are essential.
