Au sein de la Direction des Systèmes d’Information, la Software Factory joue un rôle clé dans la conception, la réalisation et l’amélioration continue des solutions numériques au service des métiers et des utilisateurs finaux.Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons un(e) Agile Manager (H/F) pour accompagner et piloter une Agile Team vers un haut niveau de performance et de qualité.Vos missions :Rattaché(e) à un Delivery Unit Manager, vous êtes le catalyseur de la performance et de l’épanouissement de votre Agile Team. Vous bâtissez un environnement où l’excellence technique et la valeur métier se rencontrent.Vos responsabilités incluent :Leadership et management Agile : Incarner les valeurs du Management 3.0, favoriser l’engagement et la collaboration, protéger l’équipe des perturbations externesPilotage de la performance : Amener l’équipe à un haut niveau de maturité, définir et suivre les objectifs, améliorer la prédictibilité des livraisonsQualité et fiabilité des livrables : Promouvoir une culture « Prod First », garantir la stabilité et la performance des services, mettre en place des indicateurs qualitéCollaboration avec les métiers : Travailler en binôme avec le Product Owner, aligner la capacité de production sur les priorités, arbitrer entre nouvelles fonctionnalités et maintenanceCollaboration interne : Assurer la cohérence technique et fonctionnelle, favoriser la transversalité et la synchronisation avec les autres équipesVotre profil :Esprit collaboratif et communication efficaceCapacité à travailler en équipe et à interagir de manière constructive avec différents interlocuteurs.Organisation et adaptabilité : Savoir gérer les priorités et s’adapter aux changements dans un environnement dynamique.Maîtrise des pratiques Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), compréhension du SDLC et des enjeux CI/CD, compétences en management de projetBac+5 en informatique ou école d’ingénieur, minimum 5 ans d’expérience dont une expérience confirmée en management AgileFrançais courant, anglais technique (luxembourgeois est un atout)Nous offrons :Un environnement de travail multiculturel, apprenant et innovantUn système d’horaire flexibleUn restaurant d’entreprise à tarif préférentielUne salle de sport avec coachUne conciergerie #J-18808-Ljbffr
