Les missions du poste BOISDRON & Associes compte parmi les cabinets de Chasses de Têtes & Conseils en recrutements de cadres, d'experts et de dirigeants qui intervient pour le compte de clients entrepreneurs spécialisés dans l'Acte de Construire (ingénierie, entreprises, maîtrise d'ouvrages, industries BTP) en France et dans quelques régions du Monde. Bureaux : Nantes, Paris et Lyon www.boisdronetassocies.fr Reporting to the Europe Industry Director, the Industry Europe Project Director is responsible for the performance guarantee of the entrusted industrial projects in Europe (Pre-design agreements, Design review agreements, Design & build contracts...). He/she is in charge of the design development once a contract has been signed and monitors the proper execution of the design up to the construction phase. A real project lead, the Industry Europe Project Director has a privileged function in the maintain of the customer relationship, particularly through leading the change management, and in the coordination of the international project design team. You may also ensure the management of M&E packages during the construction phase. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES Bidding phase Collaborates with the Industry Europe Design Director If needed, may be asked to replace temporarily the Industry Europe Design Director in this phase and to work closely with the business development team on the sales offer Design phase Works in close relationship with the Industry Europe Design Director Contributes to the development and maintain of the customer relationship and is a key contact for the client Makes use of the supply chain Ensures the production of all necessary offer's deliverables (e.g. technical memorandum, design optimization proposals, detailed time schedule, method statement, lump sum cost breakdown, ...) Manages all the internal and external resources involved in the design Carries out the technical design and estimating, in collaboration - where relevant - with the business development team and the project team (local and/or Industry Europe), from the kick‑off meeting to completion and then the signature of the contract Optimises the design of the building and its technical solutions Is responsible for the performance guarantee of the design Construction phase Collaborates with the local project team during the construction phase Is responsible for the performance guarantee Participates to the monthly steering comities Leads the change management Provides technical expertise to support the construction team Ensures the respect of the work progress with the design Maintains the customer relationship and remains the client's key contact Ensures the client's satisfaction all over the project's If needed, may be asked to substitute or replace temporarily the local Project Director Management of M&E Depending on the profile of the position holder and the projects' needs, additional tasks regarding M&E may be in his/her scope of responsibilities. Is part of the local project team on the construction site Is responsible for the M&E packages Proceeds to the purchasing of the M&E packages Is responsible for approving the sub‑contractor's design of these packages Supervises the proper progress of work of the M&E packages Guarantees the performance of the M&E packages Le profil recherché Master's degree in civil engineering and urbanism, M&E or similar Experience of 5 to 10 years in the construction of industrial buildings Significant M&E experience Languages spoken: fluent English + Italian or Spanish necessary, French appreciated #J-18808-Ljbffr
