Description du poste leboncoin, est le 1er site généraliste de vente entre particuliers en France, leader sur les marchés de l’immobilier et l’automobile, acteur clé sur l’emploi et la location de vacances. Vous serez rattaché à une équipe multi‑profil composée de dévelopeur Backend, dévelopeur Full‑Stack, technicien d’exploitation, sous la responsabilité d'un Engineering Manager et en collaboration directe avec la Product Owner. L’objectif de cette Feature Team est la mise en place des outils d’aide à la vente à nos clients professionnels, vous participerez à l’élaboration, la mise en production et la maintenance de services, afin de permettre aux utilisateurs et à l’entreprise, la réalisation de leurs objectifs dans les meilleures conditions possibles. Vous serez amené à travailler et échanger avec les équipes de supports techniques parisiennes, mais aussi trade marketing, équipes de production, impliquant rigueur et pragmatisme. Exigences du poste Développeur·euse confirmé·e, justifiant de plusieurs expériences dans la mise en production de logiciels avec de fortes exigences de qualité, de performance et de scalabilité. Maîtrise du langage Python. Maîtrise du langage SQL (PostgreSQL en particulier). Habitué·e aux méthodologies Agile (Scrum, Kanban) et au DevOps. Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et montée en compétence rapide. Aptitude à travailler en équipe, à partager ses connaissances et à aider les autres. Curiosité envers "le métier" et pragmatisme. Qualifications souhaitées Expérience des architectures distribuées, event‑driven, les microservices, les API RESTful et le monitoring (datadog, Prometheus, …). Connaissance sur le développement de DAGs Airflow. Familiarisé·e avec Kafka, ou d’autres systèmes de message broker. Aisance sur les techno Python de l'équipe : FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Pandas, Streamlit et Pytest. Responsabilités liées au poste Être rattaché à une équipe multi‑profil composée de dévelopeur Backend, dévelopeur Full‑Stack, technicien d'exploitation, sous la responsabilité d'un Engineering Manager et en collaboration directe avec la Product Owner. Mener les travaux de mise en place des outils d’aide à la vente, conception, mise en production et maintenance de services. Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes de supports techniques parisiennes, trade marketing, équipes de production.
