Component Engineering In alignment with offer and design teams, you validate industrial feasibility and develop your component range worldwide. You ensure the best Cost / Quality / Lead Time / Eco-design balance for fabrics, according to the needs. You work closely with production teams to solve issues and continuously improve your scope. You scout the market, staying curious and searching for new technologies to drive innovation in various fields. You ensure that data within your scope complies with legal requirements and strategic expectations. Offer Mission You follow sport strategies to identify the most suitable components based on needs and usage. You guide them on component strategy and act as a bridge between sport requirements and industrial processes. You are optimistic, dynamic, and value strong team spirit. You have experience in design or production. You are passionate about textiles, curious, and motivated by new ways to industrialize products and delight customers.
