The Group draws on a heritage of 100 years in the textile and fashion industry and today is owned by Permira Funds and the founding families Schustermann and Borenstein.Role SummaryJoin our Business Performance & Customer Centricity team as an intern and play a key role in delivering insightful data analyses, customer-focused initiatives, and reporting solutions.You will collaborate closely with core business units (Marketing, Convenience, Supply) to bring transparency to key business drivers and support data-driven decision-making.As a Business Performance & Customer Centricity Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in analytics, reporting tools, and cross-functional collaboration. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn how data empowers the day-to-day operations of BESTSECRET’s core consumer business.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunitiesDevelop and maintain dashboards and performance monitoring toolsPrepare reports and presentations for managementCollaborate with country managers to gather data, interpret results, and support strategic decisionsContribute to customer-centric and performance-related projects under the guidance of senior team membersWhat We’re Looking ForCurrently pursuing or in the final year of a degree in Business, Economics, Data Analysis, Statistics, or a related fieldStrong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven problem-solvingAdvanced proficiency in SQL (mandatory)Expertise in Excel and Power BIExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong stakeholder management abilitiesA proactive team player who can also work independentlyProficiency in English (written and spoken)Knowledge of Python is a plusAt BESTSECRET diversity isn't just a trend – it's our professional philosophy.
