Leather Goods Senior Product Manager (H/F) Apply for the Leather Goods Senior Product Manager (H/F) role at Montblanc. The position offers the unique opportunity to integrate into an experienced, partnership‑orientated team and to work on a strategic project in the department. You can leave your mark Responsibilities Oversee the end‑to‑end management of the leather goods collections, including briefs to designers, definition of the offer, product development follow‑up, positioning and pricing. Conduct market and competitive analysis of product offerings and pricing. Manage the leather goods portfolio in close collaboration with Sales Merchandising, including range analysis, pricing re‑evaluation, and discontinuation planning. Create and develop internal communication tools for markets, such as training materials and go‑to‑market documents. Cooperate with Marketing and Merchandising on the communication strategy for leather goods. Qualifications More than 8 years of experience in collection merchandising within the luxury leather goods industry. Strong analytical and project‑management skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact at all hierarchical levels and a team‑player attitude. International mindset and intercultural sensitivity.
