Software Engineer (x/f/m) – Member Lifecycle Alan is a vertically integrated health partner that brings prevention to the forefront of care. Responsibilities Build and maintain a global onboarding platform serving 1M+ members across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. Design smart automation for life‑changing moments (adding family members, retirement, company transitions) to reduce friction and delight users. Develop innovative self‑service solutions to lower operational costs while improving member satisfaction. Collaborate with product and design teams to build full‑stack features on web (React) and/or mobile (React Native). Tackle high‑impact, high‑risk projects involving cross‑team coordination. Qualifications 3+ years of software engineering experience. Strong object‑oriented skills in Python, Java, C#, or similar; enthusiasm for modern JavaScript on the web. Experience building full‑stack applications (Python/Flask, React, PostgreSQL). Ability to architect efficient systems and engineering practices that span multiple teams and products. Self‑starting, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building products. Collaborative, team‑oriented, and open to teaching and learning. Fluent in English.
