Your mission is to drive adoption of the Automatic Insulin Delivery (AID) system, optimize lead conversion, and strengthen customer retention by turning market insights into impactful, omnichannel programs.You will work with internal partners on product launches, coordinate major congresses and events for healthcare professionals and patients, and deploy best‑in‑class marketing assets that maximize visibility and engagement. This role requires close collaboration with the French Marketing team, International Marketing, and cross‑functional partners including Legal, Medical, Regulatory, Compliance, and external agencies to ensure alignment with market realities and Insulet’s strategic priorities. **Responsibilities**· Works with internal partners to develop and implement national marketing strategies and annual plans aligned with international priorities and local market needs.· Works with internal partners & external partners to transcreate / localize highly engaging content/creative for marketing communications targeted at healthcare professionals and people living with diabetes.· Support product launches and lifecycle activities.· Organizes main events and congresses for medical professionals and patients including tradeshow artwork, booth visuals, invites, logistics, symposiums as required.· Manages and coordinates local approval of marketing assets with relevant reviewers in Veeva.· Organize and contribute to events and medical education, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders.· Support Sales with specific marketing messages, tools and guidance.· Identification of HCP and DTC insights to leverage in communication plans· Monitor performance of marketing programs and optimize based on insights and feedbacks.· Develops effective working relationships with Regulatory, Legal, Medical and Compliance counterparts to ensure all creative meet requirements **What you bring to the team****Preferred Skills & Competencies*** Strong communication, and collaboration skills are required.* Ability to influence without authority, ability to work cross functionally and align other behind a program or activity.* Self-starter and highly motivated & action orientated.* Ability to take ownership and accountability for wide-ranging project needs.* Ability to deliver programs on time & on budget.* Ability to analyze data to assess performance & impact.* Demonstrated customer centric approach.* Ability to work with agency partners to create engaging consumer communication.* Strong prioritization and organizational skills – able to focus effort & budget on areas which generate the biggest impact on the business.* Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent, complex and cross-functional projects required. **Education & Experience*** Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a healthcare-related field.* 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or consumer goods.* Demonstrated experience in a consumer and/or healthcare professional marketing-driven organization.* Demonstrated experience with marketing campaigns to HCPs/patients – developing engaging communication.* Experience with email marketing and CRM preferred.* Experience working within a regional or global team preferred.* Prior experience of developing communications within a regulated environment (eg. Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Consumer Healthcare) preferred.* Fluent in French and English to ensure smooth collaboration with internal and global teams.**Work Environment & Rhythm*** Travel is estimated at 30% but will flex depending on business need (event, congresses, field visits...)* Note – This role is based out of our Paris office on a Hybrid working basis.* Joining Insulet means becoming part of a company that makes a real difference by simplifying life for people living with diabetes.
