Reporting to the Subregional Finance Director, the FP&A Manager acts as a key business partner to commercial teams, providing financial insights, driving performance, and supporting strategic decision‑making across the subregion. Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning for revenue, signings, and inventory. Deliver monthly performance reporting, variance analysis, and commercial KPIs. Analyze revenue performance, signings trends, and customer profitability; highlight risks and opportunities. Partner with commercial teams on pricing, deal reviews, and ad‑hoc financial analysis. Act as FP&A point of contact for Revenue Accounting and R2R teams to ensure accurate reporting. Support business cases, process improvements, and finance transformation initiatives. Contribute to governance, SOX compliance, and internal controls. Act as deputy to the Subregional Finance Director when required. Your Profile Min. 7 years experience. Proven experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering in a multinational environment. Strong analytical, financial modeling, and forecasting skills. Strategic, hands‑on mindset with excellent communication skills. Advanced Excel and experience with financial systems (SAP, Hyperion, or similar). Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred. Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus.
