Responsibilities Coordinate and manage all aspects of travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Anticipate the needs of clients before, during, and after travel, providing personalized assistance and support. Ensure all travel arrangements are executed flawlessly, with attention to detail and a focus on client preferences. Provide exemplary butler service, including meal preparation, dining arrangements, and personal shopping. Assist with wardrobe management, packing, unpacking, and garment care. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reservations, and correspondence. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and requests with professionalism. Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all interactions with clients. Maintain a high standard of presentation and service, representing the company’s values and dedication to client satisfaction.
