Requirements 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B/B2C SaaS environments. Experience integrating AI/ML or automation into workflows and core product features. Strong analytical skills with a focus on business outcomes and performance metrics. Deep empathy for users, understanding workflows, friction points, and opportunities for delight. Ability to make decisions independently in ambiguous situations and maintain momentum. Skilled at influencing cross‑functional teams and aligning stakeholders around goals without formal authority.
