Mission As an Analyst at Newable, you will work closely with the startup founders Sakina et Sébastien, developing Newable’s expertise on energy markets alongside with our experts, and supporting the founders in a wide range of tasks to drive the company's growth and success. This is a unique opportunity to contribute within a dynamic team to the transformation of the commercial real estate sector through innovative energy solutions. Job Description Role : Analyst Location : Paris - Permanent Responsibilities 1_ Energy market Deepen Newable’s strategy regarding energy market (electric flexibility, carbon credits, …) Implement it within our first energy assets entering in operation from the start of 2026 Consolidate our network in the energy market sector with continuous monitoring of its trends & innovations 2_ Strategy & Operational Excellence Assist in developing and executing strategic initiatives Prepare presentations and reports for investors, clients and stakeholders Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement new processes and improvements 3_ Financial Management Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth Support fundraising efforts and investor relations 4_ General Administration Provide administrative support to the founders, including scheduling and coordination Manage special projects and ad‑hoc tasks as assigned Contribute to a positive and collaborative company culture Profile Experience : 2+ years minimum with a first experience within the energy sector, with generalist engineering school background Skills : Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and organizational skills Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in french and english Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a hands‑on approach Mindset : Entrepreneurial, proactive, detail‑oriented, and committed to driving results Why join us Be part of the clean energy transition and participate to decarbonize real estate at scale Growth and development opportunities within a fast‑growing startup Work with experienced, passionate co‑founders, team members and experts Hiring Process Initial phone interview (15 minutes) Interviews with the founders, including a case study or practical exercise Meet the team around a coffee Newable is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
