Join to apply for the LILLE - ONCOVET - VETERINAIRE SPECIALISTE IMAGERIE (H/F) role at IVC Evidensia FranceOncovet is recruiting a second ECDVI board certified or ECVDI eligible veterinary radiologist. The position is full‑time (4 days per week) with 5 weeks of vacation, starting October 2023. Candidates must be permitted to practice veterinary medicine in Europe and should have basic French language skills; native fluency is not required.Oncovet is a referral practice established in 2000, focused on oncology and staffed by specialists in oncology, diagnostic imaging, surgery, radiotherapy, internal medicine and neurology. A diagnostic imaging residency program is in place, and the chosen veterinarian will have the opportunity to supervise the resident. The diagnostic imaging team consists of one ECVDI diplomate, one resident and one assistant, supported by two specialized technicians and a nurse.The service is equipped with a digital radiography unit, two ultrasound machines, fluoroscopy, a 16‑slice CT scanner, and a 1.5 T MRI that will become operational in October 2023. A megavoltage radiotherapy unit with stereotaxy capability was installed in 2023, completing the core technical suite.Oncovet is located in the north of France near Lille, 1 hour from Paris and 1 hour 30 minutes from London and Amsterdam by train. Lille is a large university city with ample cultural facilities.For more information or to apply, please contact Laurent Mârescaux by e‑mail: laurent.marescaux@oncovet.frResponsibilitiesSupervise the diagnostic imaging resident and oversee resident training.Provide diagnostic imaging services in an oncology referral setting, including interpretation of radiographs, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, CT and MRI.Operate and maintain the digital radiography unit, ultrasound systems, fluoroscopy suite, CT scanner and upcoming MRI.Operate and support the megavoltage radiotherapy unit, including stereotactic procedures.Collaborate with oncologists, surgeons, radiotherapists, internists and neurologists to deliver integrated patient care.Participate in clinical case conferences and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings.QualificationsBC or eligible ECVDI board certification in veterinary radiology.Valid veterinary license to practice in Europe.Proficiency in French (basic to intermediate); native fluency not required.Experience with veterinary diagnostic imaging equipment (radiography, ultrasound, CT, MRI, radiotherapy) preferred.Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Commitment to a full‑time schedule of four working days per week. #J-18808-Ljbffr
