Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Finance Analyst to join our team specializing in Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Debt Capital Markets (DCM). The successful candidate will support the origination and execution of capital markets transactions, providing analytical and strategic input to senior bankers and clients. Role Responsibilities Corporate Finance Preparing pitch books, presentations and memorandums (including valuation analyses using various methodologies) Build detailed financial models to analyse the impacts of different capital structures and potential capital market transactions. Assisting in the origination and execution of transactions (participate in all stages of transaction executions, from the pitch phase through to closing, including due diligences, review of legal documents, prospectus and termsheets, drafting of slideshows…) Syndication role Managing coordination and communication with internal (sales, legal and compliance, research, middle office, roadshow team…) and external (syndicate banks of other banks, investors…) counterparties Investor targeting and performance analysis Working on books of demand (pricing of deals, bookbuilding…) Managing Investor Education and Management roadshows… Corporate Broking Working to provide on-going corporate broking advice to TPICAP’s corporate clients on Euronext, including but not limited to advice on raising funds via the capital markets (primary and secondary placings), the debt capital markets, buy backs programs and liquidity providing Monitoring of the clients list, drafting of new contracts (liquidity contracts, listing sponsor, support contracts…) Monitoring of listing sponsor clients (advise the company in respect of its ongoing and periodic disclosure obligation) Contribute to competitive bid proposals and formal presentations for prospection Experience / Competences Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. Experience : 1 year in investment banking, corporate finance, or capital markets preferred. Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Bloomberg and market data tools. Analytical Ability : Excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skills with attention to detail. Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to present complex information clearly.
