Localisation : Déplacements sur différents sites industriels (France et/ou international)Disponibilité : sous 1 à 2 moisExpérience : 8 à 15 ansLangues : Français (courant), Anglais (professionnel)Objectif du postePiloter la planification et le suivi d’avancement de projets industriels complexes, depuis les phases d’ingénierie jusqu’à la construction et la mise en service. Garantir la maîtrise des délais, l’anticipation des risques planning et la fiabilité du reporting projet, en interface étroite avec les équipes projet, chantier et le client.Missions principalesPlanification & contrôle des délais (Bureau)Élaborer, consolider et maintenir les plannings projets (ingénierie, achats, fabrication, construction, commissioning).Définir les logiques d’enchaînement, chemins critiques, jalons contractuels et marges planning.Mettre en place les méthodes de suivi d’avancement (physique et/ou pondéré).Réaliser les analyses de dérives délais, impacts planning et simulations de scénarios.Préparer les plannings de référence (baseline), rebaselines et mises à jour périodiques.Contribuer aux analyses de risques planning et plans de mitigation.Suivi d’avancement & présence terrain (Site)Effectuer des visites régulières sur site pour vérifier l’avancement réel des travaux.Collecter les données terrain auprès des équipes construction, supervision et sous-traitants.Identifier les écarts entre planning et réalité chantier.Challenger les séquences de travaux et proposer des optimisations planning.Participer aux réunions chantier (daily / weekly / lookahead planning).Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Project Manager, Construction Manager, Cost Control, Ingénierie et Achats.Assurer l’interface planning avec le client et les partenaires.Supporter les équipes dans la compréhension des contraintes délais.Contribuer aux claims délais (analyses d’impact, EOT, retards fournisseurs ou chantier).Préparer les reportings planning hebdomadaires et mensuels.Présenter l’état d’avancement, les risques et plans d’actions en réunion projet et client.Mettre à jour les indicateurs clés (SPI, avancement, jalons critiques).Documenter les hypothèses et méthodologies de planification.Qualifications et profils recherchésIngénieur ou Bac+5 en génie industriel, génie civil, mécanique, énergie ou équivalent.Expérience : 8 à 15 ans d’expérience en planification de projets industriels (EPC, énergie, oil & gas, renouvelables, process, infrastructures).Compétences techniques :Maîtrise des outils de planification (Primavera P6 obligatoire, MS Project apprécié).Solide expérience des projets multi-disciplinaires et multi-lots.Bonne compréhension des phases ingénierie, achats, construction et mise en service.Capacité à analyser les chemins critiques et les impacts contractuels délais.Lecture et compréhension des documents projet (WBS, CBS, planning contractuel).Langues : Français courant – Anglais professionnel (réunions, reporting client) #J-18808-Ljbffr
