Job Summary Join the Fault‑Tolerant Quantum Computing (FTQC) team within Quandela’s Scalable Architecture division – where theory is developed in collaboration with experimental research and systems engineering teams to advance scalable photonic quantum computing. As a senior Quantum Error Correction researcher you will shape the development of our fault‑tolerant quantum computing architecture and guide the evolution of our long‑term roadmap, contributing to the robustness and scalability of Quandela’s cutting‑edge hardware. Our R&D spans the full quantum computing stack – from quantum device fabrication to system‑level control and quantum software. What You’ll Do You will lead the design and performance analysis of fault‑tolerant protocols adapted to our spin‑photon systems, supporting both near‑term experiments and long‑term system scaling.
