Purchasing Development Manager Location: Paris, France. Reporting to: Business Development Team Leader. Responsibilities Linehaul partner management and development. Search for linehaul partners to expand our trucking network in France. Manage linehaul partners to elevate our delivery experience. Support delivery network expansion by adding new lanes and introducing new partners when requested. Negotiate commercial offers and contracts with potential partners. Negotiate commercial terms of the partnership (service levels, fees, compensation, etc.). Sign contracts and register partners in our supplier system. Basic Qualifications Successful experience in business development, ideally in e‑commerce or logistics. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment where continuous innovation is the norm. Advanced negotiation, communication and sales skills. Good verbal communication skills in English and French. High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Committed to learning and expanding knowledge in unknown fields. Willingness to adapt to a fast‑changing environment and do whatever necessary to cooperate with growth. Demonstrated ability to understand our business and the competitive landscape. Start‑up attitude to help identify and solve quickly emerging opportunities. Desire to exceed company and customer expectations. Ability to speak Chinese or any other languages is a plus.
