Your Role and Responsibilities Primary Mission You will join the Group Financial Controlling department, dedicated to analyzing and reporting financial information to AXA top management and external stakeholders. This department operates under the oversight of the AXA Group CFO. Your Objectives As Investment Accounting Controller at the SHIP Center of Excellence, you will support the relationship with entities regarding investment accounting and reporting, delivering financial statements and related reports, and interacting with professionals across teams. Main Activities Coordinate with FSSC, local, and global teams on investment accounting under IFRS9 and local GAAPs. Act as the main contact for technical topics, including accounting rules, financial information, and documentation of impacts and risks. Monitor closing processes, validate reports, and ensure data quality and compliance. Participate in process improvements, automation, and convergence initiatives. Support new investment strategies and ensure coherence across entities. Your Profile 2-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or insurance principles, with knowledge of IFRS and insurance regulations. Proficiency in MS Office; SAP or Magnitude is a plus. Fluent in English; additional languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, or German are welcome. Soft Skills and Competencies Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proactive, adaptable, and a good team player. Ability to work in an international environment and build trust across teams.
