OverviewTechnical Product Manager - M/F/D at Potions. Drive platform scalability, stability, and innovation in a highly technical, collaborative environment.ResponsibilitiesWork with engineering, architecture, and product design teams to discover new ways to enhance platform stability, scalability, and performanceFoster a culture of data-driven decision making by proactively measuring the impact of platform improvements, learning from failures, iterating, and continuously refiningSimplify complex systems and find the leanest, most effective solutions to technical challengesStay curious about technical trends, industry benchmarks, and innovations to ensure our platform remains competitiveParticipate in the implementation of platform projects: from writing detailed product opportunity assessments, epics, and technical user stories to collaborating with engineersEnsure smooth technical releases: manage readiness activities such as platform testing, performance benchmarking, system rollouts, and internal training on platform updatesExplore and manage relationships with potential technical partners and assess how external systems interact with our platformWhat you’ll bring3 years of experience in product management with technical skills, or a technical profile with product appetiteExperience supporting or contributing to technical projects and delivering highly technical products or platform-related projectsGood technical foundation with knowledge of system architecture, data management and APIs, cloud infrastructure, web technologies and languagesExperience with SaaS or cloud-based platform development is a big plusTechnical passion: you understand technical subjects and can speak the same language as engineersAbility to build a reliable and stable product: skilled at finding solutions that support goals and customersExcellent communication: able to explain complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders while maintaining productive relationships with engineering teamsCustomer-centric mindset: ensure platform improvements deliver tangible value to customersFrench and English speaker: excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languagesBonusExperience in managing technical migrations, scaling platforms, or optimizing system performance in high-growth environmentsFamiliarity with microservices, cloud-native architectures, and DevOps practicesDetailsContract: permanent full-timeLocation: ParisRemote: up to 3 days/weekEmployment type: Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
