This position is based in Rennes.

As part of a 9-strong scrum team, you will be working on the backend of our digital identity solutions, Yris, IDnow Wallet...

Main Role and Tasks

As a Software Engineer Backend you will be responsible for:

  • Participate in drawing up detailed technical and functional specifications in line with the functional requirements defined with the Product Owner;
  • Design and develop new service functionalities (Design/Development/Testing of expected functionalities);
  • Validate correct operation by running automated tests;
  • Provide support to the people in charge of customer support (CSM/Sales);
  • Evaluate work procedures and suggest improvements;
That Describes You
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar position
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and to report to other team members.
  • Technical skills
  • Java, SpringBoot, Keycloak
  • Security (Cryptography, Certificates, Signature)
  • Strong technical culture

  • Identity and access system (OAuth2 protocols, Open ID Connect; Keycloak, etc.)
  • Self-Sovereign Identity concepts for the EU Digital Identity Wallet (Verifiable Credentials, DID, etc.)
  • Experience in Kotlin development
  • Automated deployment with Ansible
  • Containerisation with Docker and Kubernetes
