Responsibilities Lead a team of automation testers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback. Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites to validate software functionality, performance, and scalability. Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and design comprehensive test plans. Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline the testing process. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices within the automation testing team. Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner. Continuously improve automation testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in automation testing. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience (7 - 8 years) in automation testing, with a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and principles. Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. Experience in leading and mentoring a team of automation testers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience working in Agile / Scrum development environments is a plus. Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE are desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
