Paris, France European Momentum Temps plein

Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features. We are ordinary people and we’re building an organization dedicated to disrupting traditional policymaking and international politics. The quality of life of the average European Citizen is collapsing and will continue to collapse unless something happens to reverse and drastically change the situation. When the idea of European Integration commenced to be implemented, an idea that provided every day citizens with freedom of choice, none expected that the way that will operate would have been big corporations to lobby for the support of Brusselsian bureaucrats nor the European’s Parliament members to pass outrageous legislations that condemn entrepreneurship, hard work and creativity to favor the already existing big players in various markets, decay the democratic institutions and checks and balances and threaten European security, prosperity and liberty. Additionally, the central planning of the economy, excessive regulation of the market, geopolitical weakness, and Europe’s absence from key global developments and innovation have further contributed to this decline. Hopefully, the situation is reversible if EU citizens are provided once again more freedoms. Our core belief is that while economic indicators like GDP are often the sole focus of political discourse, they don’t tell the whole story. We’ve seen that even as GDP rises in many countries, the quality of life for the average citizen often stagnates or declines. We believe the economy is crucial for well‑being, but it should be a supportive factor, not the primary one. Interestingly, some nations have achieved remarkable economic growth while simultaneously elevating their citizens’ quality of life. These countries consistently rank high in key indices like innovation, education, the Human Development Index, and happiness. A common thread among them, with Switzerland being a prime example, is the adoption of decentralized governance systems. Given Europe’s history of maintaining peace among its member states for 80 years post‑World Wars, we see a unique opportunity. By implementing decentralized governance systems across all EU member states, we believe the EU can: Strengthen its international standing. Significantly improve the quality of life for all citizens. Reduce corruption. Positively influence other nations to adopt similar models, leading to further geographical expansion of these principles and assist in the maintenance of world peace and freedom. Ensure strong rule of law and secure societies to uphold social order, freedom, and stability. Advance European integration (where needed) with coordinated geopolitical policies and a common defense framework. Become the economic, political, diplomatic and institutional leader of the free world. We support institutional and pro‑market reforms that unleash the creative potential of individuals, reduce tax complexity, eliminate red tape, attract investment and talent and rationalise central banking. Europe’s future depends on a return to policies that reward work, entrepreneurship, and innovation coupled with strong checks and balances to safeguard cohesiveness, stability and availability of choices.
