The Opportunity As part of the Europe Finance team, you will work closely with the FP&A Controller and the FP&A Director. The Finance team plays a key role in consolidating results from the various European countries, preparing and sending a wide range of reports to the US headquarters, and providing daily support to country managers and functional leaders. Responsibilities Analysis of personnel expenses and other administrative costs Average pricing analyses based on customer mix, product type and country Production of workforce‑ and personnel cost‑related analyses and KPIs by function Development of automated analysis tools (dashboards, KPIs) Responding to Group requests Acting as an interface between Finance and Sales teams on specific revenue topics (digital solutions, bookings) Supporting the accounting team in optimizing the collection timeline for selected invoices, ensuring efficient communication between Finance and Sales You may also be asked to carry out ad hoc analyses depending on business needs. You will take part in the Forecast, Budget, and monthly reporting processes. Profile You are a Master’s‑level student (Business School or University) and enjoy working with data in Excel. You also have an interest in information systems. You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and have a good command of English, both written and spoken. The working environment is primarily French‑speaking. Organized, adaptable, and responsive, you are comfortable handling complex topics under tight deadlines. You are reliable, analytical, and enjoy working as part of a team.
