Inbound Sales 🇫🇷 Join Alan's growing Inbound Sales team in France. We are in charge of closing inbound requests from leads with 1 to 5 employees – independent workers, very small companies, and individuals. What We Expect You’ll own the full sales cycle – from qualification to closing – educating prospects and providing inspiring arguments to transform them into convinced customers. You’ll embrace and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method, creating a pleasant, instructive and delightful prospect experience. You’ll look at the big picture, help us grow and improve as a company, and participate in other initiatives that expand our customer base. Why It’s Exciting You will close deals every single day of the year. The team is recent, giving you a chance to shape new processes and tools. You’ll build a playbook of best practices to close deals efficiently. You’ll contribute to product improvement through feedback. You’ll become an insurance expert, mastering our offerings. We heavily invest in AI to transform sales – you’ll be at the forefront of modern selling techniques. What You’ll Bring 1–2 years of sales experience with closing experience. Full working proficiency in French (C2 and above) and advanced level in English. Highly organized with exceptional follow‑up skills. A balance of active listening and assertiveness when interacting with prospects. Natural empathy and passion for solving prospects’ problems. Positive attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team. Fast learning and desire to make an impact from day one. For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the A2–B1 level range.
